Refunds

Eligibility for Refunds:

  • To be eligible for a refund, your request must be made within 30 days of the purchase date.
  • Refunds are only applicable to digital products that have not been downloaded or accessed.

Process for Refunds:

  1. Review: Our team will review your request and respond within 5 business days.
  2. Approval: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Returns

Since our products are digital goods, returns are not applicable. We do not accept returns or exchanges for digital products once they have been downloaded or accessed.

Exchanges

We only replace products if they are defective or corrupted. If you need to exchange a product for the same item, please contact us.

Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
  • Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
